Season 19 Interleague Play

And the schedule says...

NL NORTH (322-326) vs. AL WEST (340-308)
NL EAST (301-347) vs. AL SOUTH (312-336)
NL SOUTH (340-308) vs. AL EAST (353-295)
NL WEST (331-317) vs. AL NORTH (293-355)

Some interesting scheduling from "Simmy" here...
In several cases of inter-league play, it is an unbalanced schedule.  Therefore, each team plays one "home and home" against an inter-league opponent in a pre-determined division, and avoids one of the corresponding teams altogether.  The home and homes?

Cleveland vs. Charlseton.  Cleveland skips Louisville, while Charleston avoids the defending champion Cool Pops.  Therefore, the Cool Pops and Twin Spires play the "home and home".

St. Louis vs. Louisville.  See above.

Jacksonville vs. Santa Fe.  Jacksonville misses Durham, while Santa Fe skips Baltimore.  Therefore, the Nukes and Badgers will be playing in their "home and home".

Durham vs. Baltimore.  See above.
